Our Story

Project LifeStyle was born from a passion for creativity, a meticulous approach to project management, and a deep belief in the transformative power of design.

Founder Michela Vicentini draws inspiration from her Italian heritage and upbringing in Milan, where she was immersed in her family’s entrepreneurial world. From an early age, she learned the value of delivering excellence, blending artistry with technical precision, and shaping environments that leave a lasting impression. Her studies in Art and Design nurtured this passion, while her curiosity pushed her to seek out new opportunities beyond Italy.

Her journey led her to London, where she has spent over a decade refining her craft. At Harrods, the benchmark of luxury and service excellence, Michela mastered client engagement, product expertise, and operational leadership. She later managed flagship transformations for world-renowned brands such as Brunello Cucinelli and Halcyon Gallery, consistently tailoring each project to reflect the unique vision and aspirations of the end client.

What sets Project LifeStyle Studio apart is Michela’s ability to lead with empathy and personalisation, guided by her artistic eye and core values. Supported by a trusted team of talented professionals, she oversees every stage of both residential and commercial projects, managing around eight to ten design ventures each year.

With transparent communication, innovative thinking, and uncompromising attention to detail, combined with a touch of art, Project LifeStyle transforms houses into homes and commercial properties into inspiring environments that truly elevate everyday life.
