Project
Story
The Halcyon Gallery construction project exemplifies the level of experience, precision and discretion that now define the Project LifeStyle approach.
Michela managed and coordinated the works on site, acting as a central point of reference between the construction team, the interior design studio Gordon Duff & Linton, the architect Blair Associates and the gallery proprietor. Her role ensured clear communication, alignment and continuity throughout every stage of the project.
With a strong understanding of luxury environments and the operational requirements of high-end gallery spaces, Michela coordinated technical details, specialist suppliers and installation phases with precision and discretion. Her structured approach and high level of project management ensured that design intent was respected, quality standards were met, and the space was delivered in line with the expectations of a prestigious international gallery.
The Addition
In addition to the gallery construction, Michela was also involved in the refurbishment and furnishing of the gallery’s office spaces, supporting its expansion and accommodating a team of approximately 50 people. This phase required careful planning to balance functionality, comfort and operational efficiency within a refined working environment aligned with the gallery’s identity.
From spatial organisation to furniture specification and coordination, Michela ensured the offices were delivered to a high standard, reflecting the same attention to detail, quality and professionalism applied across all aspects of the project.
