Our Story

Project LifeStyle was born out of a passion for creativity, a meticulous approach to project management, and a deep understanding of how design transforms lives.

As the founder, Michela draws from her Italian heritage and upbringing in the vibrant city of Milan, where she was immersed in the entrepreneurial world of her family business. From a young age, she learned the importance of delivering exceptional experiences, blending artistry with technical precision, and creating environments that leave lasting impressions. Michela studied Art and Design from a very young age, and with this passion in mind, she still wanted to discover new opportunities.

Her journey continued in London, where she developed her career over a decade, starting at Harrods, a luxury and service excellence benchmark. There, she refined her skills in client engagement, product expertise, and operational leadership. Michela went on to manage flagship store transformations for iconic brands like Brunello Cucinelli and Halcyon Gallery, prioritising client satisfaction and tailoring each project to reflect the vision and aspirations of the end user.

What sets Project LifeStyle apart is Michela leads with empathy and personalisation, aligned with her artistic vision and core values, supported by a team of talented professionals who share these principles. Together, they oversee every stage of residential and commercial projects, managing 8 to 10 interior design ventures annually. Focusing on transparent communication, innovation, and attention to detail, with a touch of art, they turn houses into homes and commercial spaces into inspiring environments.

With years of experience in the luxury retail sector, Luca brings his deep understanding of personalisation to each project, ensuring that every space enhances clients' lives, work, and unwind.
