Checklist for Change Broken Down by Step:
1.) Daily Viewing of the “Believe it Video”: This video clip from a seminar by the great Bob Proctor is the perfect video to begin understanding these principles and putting your mind in the right place. We suggest watching it first thing in the morning every morning and right before you go to sleep at night. Watch entire video in a relaxed state and watch as your thoughts and feelings begin to shift as you absorb the material!

2.) Positive Reading: The importance of learning is essential in this process. We must all constantly be learning at all times so that we can adapt and continue to grow. Read 15 min of a book everyday that supports the positive direction of this journey. Check out our “Suggested Materials” page for a list of suggested reading materials!
3.) Create the Attitude of Gratitude: We cannot stress enough how important it is to be thankful for what you already have! This step is essential if you wish to attract more things to be grateful for into your life. We advise writing down at least one thing everyday to be grateful for ie. health, wealth, relationships, music, abilities, a beautiful sunrise or sunset, etc. Check out our “Prosperity Products” page for our Gratitude Card and items that can aid in creating the attitude of gratitude!
4.) Compliment Others: A compliment is the only gift that you can give that costs nothing to you, yet enriches the person that receives it. Compliment someone around you everyday in order to lift up their spirit, which in turn will lift your own.
5.) The Focus is YOU: You are taking these steps to improve YOUR life. First you must believe that you deserve it. You are an amazing person, and its time you starting treating yourself accordingly. Do something positive for yourself everyday for at least 15min, YOU DESERVE IT!!
Incorporate these 5 simple steps into your everyday life and watch as your mindset starts to shift and your reality becomes brighter. Once you’ve mastered these and they come natural everyday, you will already FEEL better and THINK more clearly. Then it is time to develop even deeper!
